TEXTILE TO TEXTILE INTRODUCTION
Vietstar, in partnership with Anhui Xindengli Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., will invest in a textile recycling project in Jinzhai Modern Industrial Park in 2023.
The project is divided into two phases. Currently, the first phase has completed the construction of 10 recycled polyester recycling production lines, capacity around 50,000T/year These lines begin with waste textile scraps,
which are then chemically decomposed and polymerized to produce high-quality recycled polyester fiber.

SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE
a. Carbon reduction results – 52,000 tons of textile waste processed annually, equivalent to 63,000 tons of CO2 emissions reduction (SGS certified)
b. Water consumption per ton is only 1.8 tons
(original water consumption is about 6.2 tons)
